possible we hope to make data available for other researchers to use.
The following links include raw data files, mainly in Stata, together
with syntax files and links to papers that have been written using the
data. In some cases the links take you to the official pages of clients
that are responsible for administering data. If you are interested in
using the data for original research, you should first consult the existing
papers that have been written. We also ask that you let us know about
any new papers so we can help guarantee that the results reach other stakeholders
in the country of origen. |

Guatemala.
The Human Capital in Rural Guatemala (HCRG) data files include information
on student test scores, attendance, grade attainment, child labor and extensive
measures of school quality. |

Cambodia.
We have been working with the World Bank and the Ministry of Education,
Youth and Sport (MoEYS) to develop capacity in national assessment. This
work is generating a steady stream of data on student achievement, school
quality and poverty. Additional data sources come from on-going qualitative
assessment work of middle schooling in Cambodia and Laos, and an end-of-project
evaluation of the EQIP school grants program. |
